The hotel's location is ideal as it is close to everything, including the Financial District and Old Panama. the staff is pleasant and accommodating. the room is well-equipped and comfortable, with air conditioning and good shower water pressure. rooms with a balcony provide a nice view of the city.
The hotel is located in a pretty seedy area of town with little to do, making it less than ideal for tourists looking for a vibrant atmosphere.

Rooms are all very small. After one night in a really small two persons room where you couldn't move your body I get a little bigger room. Note that this is a Guest house and not a Hotel. You stay at the people's house.

The breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful. Such main attractions as metropolitan natural park were in front of this hotel. Located in a shopping area.

The hotel's location is great, close to everything you need for a convenient stay. Being in the best neighborhood makes it an ideal choice for walking around and exploring the city. Plus, it's really close to the subway station, making it easy to get around.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and showed great attention to detail. Despite being located in a deteriorated area of Panama City, this hotel is actually in the best neighborhood to be walking around. It's really close to the subway station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and I particularly liked having a room with a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and definitely a great way to start the day.
My experience at this hotel was excellent, and there was not a single aspect that I believe could be improved upon.

Best hotel in Panama city for the price. New hotel, according to my friends built some time ago, and much more comfortable and modern in the area. Has LG tvs, nice bathroom, everything in the room is up to date.
As I've said, dor such a price there werent any bad experience on the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location in that nightlife area. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with basic amenities provided and even rooms with a balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. And not to forget, the breakfast included is a great perk to start the day off right.
Everything was above expectations.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpfull. Excellent free wi fi. Not so bad breakfast.
Location. The neighborhood seems to be pretty dangerous and is far (or with dificult access) from the city center. You have to make everything by taxi. Even though it's a free smoke hotel, the rooms smells as a cheap, smoking place.

Econ Inn is a good hotel value but its location is good at best but I certainly felt secure in exploring the area. The problem is the other mid price hotels do no better. From my prospective the these hotels are isolated with no good restaurants in there particular area. So you are always at the mercy of the taxi drivers -- who speak little or no English. And, when you are unsure of a restaurants actual location (in distance) plus the language problem -- it makes your taxi costs a hassle. And contrary to the travel guides the $1 dollar taxi fare for tourists is $2 dollars. The $2 taxi fare, for tourists, is $3 dollars and if you are virgin tourist they try to charge you $5. Its a hassle. But the first class $120 to $200 hotels seems to have the same problem. They are he newer hotels built in better areas but you find few good local restaurants in the areas. Though I didn't tour these hotels the few I checked were somewhat isolated -- like the more modest price hotels -- just in a better neighborhood.

The hotel was a fantastic base for our city break. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and we were within walking distance of some great restaurants and tourist attractions. the room was spacious and clean, and the daily housekeeping service was a bonus.
We did experience some minor issues with the Wi-Fi signal and found that it could be temperamental at times. the noise from the street could be a little bothersome, but this is to be expected in a bustling city center.

Great value hotel in Panama with modern and tidy facilities. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Carlos and his team, who provided extensive knowledge of the city and tours at reasonable prices. the location was perfect, just a short distance from major attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the high water pressure in the shower and the comfortable bed.
The noise from the street was noticeable at times, so we recommend requesting a room further from the street. the parking area was a bit cramped and challenging to maneuver, so it may not be suitable for larger vehicles.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the room we stayed in and the breakfast area. The staff was accommodating and friendly, providing helpful transportation options and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was conveniently close to many restaurants and activities to explore in the area in the afternoon.
Nothing bad to say.
